"Karate for Kids"
Welcome to the Alchemy
Karate Academy “Karate for Kids” program. Many parents bring their
children into the martial arts for life skills such as: confidence,
discipline, listening skills, respect and so much more. With so many
karate schools trying to teach these qualities, what makes Alchemy Karate
Academy stand out?

In our karate program the
majority of classes have 2 – 4 instructors teaching on the floor. Some
schools have one instructor or the highest belt in class that day
leading the class.

Classes are always taught
by a certified Black Belt.

This is not just a place
to come to karate class. We have many social events for students such
as; sleepovers, movie nights, tournaments, weapon classes, parent’s
night out, buddy days and much more.

Alchemy Karate Academy is
rated Number 3 in the world by the National Black Belt League.
The Alchemy Karate Academy Life Skills Program

Report Cards - We check student’s report cards and reward them for good
grades.

“My Best List” - Students fill out a “My Best List” at home and are
rewarded by an instructor when turning it in during class.

Intent To Promote Sheet - When students test for a new belt, they are
graded by their Karate Instructor, Parent and Teacher. Alchemy Karate
Academy wants students to be on their best behavior at the academy, home
and in school.

Message of the Week - Instructors have a “Message of the Week”
pertaining to a life skill that they discuss with students in class.
Examples include: Self Discipline, Teamwork, Self-Esteem, Leadership,
Respect, Confidence, Self-Control, Honesty and more.

Black Belt Excellence Program – Alchemy Karate Academy has a Black Belt
Excellence Sheet that the students receive each month. The students take
this sheet home and complete it. The following week, students will bring
their sheet back to receive their Black Belt Excellence stripe.
